He later received a business degree from Western Connecticut State University and a Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Bob also served as a part-time youth director at Beacon Hill for two years. In 1990, he was called to Westfield Evangelical Free Church where he served for 17 years as Associate Pastor of Youth & Evangelism and later as Associate Pastor of Discipleship. He professed his faith in Jesus and was baptized at an early age. Chad attended Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA, where he realized his calling into the field of youth ministry. Chad gained most of his “hands-on” ministry experience as a volunteer at Wethersfield Evangelical Free Church. He was hired at Grace Fellowship in October of 2013. Chad and his wife, Karina, married in November 2015. He has two step-daughters, Sammy and Gabby, and a son, Henry.
